Gwen Hamilton-Warner

Precious in the eyes of the Lord is the death of his saints.
Psalm 116:15

Gwen Hamilton-Warner

"Don't worry, I am going to my home with my heavenly Father." These were the last words to us of our dear friend and faithful member of our church.  We remember Gwen as a friend and a sister in the faith.  She had a beautiful spirit and was always joyful and ready to listen and pray for anyone or anything without judging.  If Gwen said that she was going to pray for you, she really meant it.  She would never forget to keep her promise.

Bishop visit, 2013

Her place in the church is empty.  We will always remember her playing the keyboard or the guitar.  She would come early to practice and sometimes treat us to a song in English from her church in England.  We loved to hear her sing.  In nine years, she never missed a Sunday except for illness or if she was out of the country.  Her smile was contagious.

"No Gwen, we will not worry, we know that you are in the arms of your heavenly Father. "
